U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Resources for Homeowners/Renters, Businesses
The SBA is offering support to those affected by the tragic building collapse. Homeowners may receive up to $200,000 for primary residence while Homeowners/Renters may receive up to $40,000 for personal property. Interest rates are as low as 1.625% with repayment terms up to 30 years. Economic Injury Disaster Loans are available for small businesses. For businesses/homeowners, mitigation is available up to 20% of SBA’s verified physical damage amount. View the SBA Surfside information sheet – English & Spanish.
